Changes are happening here at Locktel! Our continued growth over the years has meant that our engineers are constantly on the go, completing jobs in various locations every day. In the early days, we relied on disconnected software packages and even written notes to coordinate our jobs! Conversely, with our workload nowadays, we needed something better and more aligned with our modern business.
Introducing BigChange
BigChange is cloud-based solution for job bookings and scheduling. We adopted the BigChange 5 in 1 Solution early this year and have been amazed by the changes we’ve seen.
Our engineers each have their own tablet with the JobWatch app installed, an app that sends jobs and instructions directly to the tablet from HQ. In addition, we use BigChange to manage all of our equipment, parts and material stocks. As a result of everything logged onto BigChange, we have complete control over company stocks regarding availability and location. Engineers can use the system to locate equipment needed for specific jobs. This saves multiple phone calls and searching for materials, which further decreases the time taken to complete a job.
Future Growth
We have ambitious plans to expand our business in the coming years and BigChange will, without a doubt, help us achieve this. We have vastly improved our efficiency and management operations. This allows us to focus on innovation and expansion.
