Locktel is a telecoms business with over 9 years’ experience as an established Telecom Services company, specialising in Telecom Cabling, Splicing and Civils services.
We are looking for a Candidate to join our busy team based in Livingston. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Telecoms Sector, giving preference to an experienced Splicer or Supervisor who would be looking to a progression in their career.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive project coordination for our teams.
- Report to the Line Manager
- Updating our works management system to ensure compliance and works completion.
- Carrying out job validation, Jeopardy Management and Issues Management.
- Facilitating effective communication among team members, ensuring that all project members are informed and aligned.
- Tracking project timelines, stores requirements and resource allocation.
- Closing Job pack upon Completion
- To resolve any issues using your experience and knowledge, requesting support from the Line Manager when required.
Minimum 3 years experience in the Telecoms industry
OTDR/ILM testing experience and experience with building reports using FastReporter or similar software
Familiarised with As Built Completion
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package.
Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written.
